A lawyer by training, with a Magistère degree in Accounting and Taxation, a post-graduate degree in International Business Law and a post-graduate degree in Community and European Law, Fanny Grillo began her career at Taj / Deloitte in 2005 in the taxation of mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
She joined EDF in 2014, where she supported the structuring of EDF Invest’s M&A transactions and the Group's financing. In 2018, she became co-head of EDF Invest's infrastructure portfolio (€5bn in assets), supervising investments, disposals, asset management and ESG strategy.
From 2023 to early 2026, she worked at RAISE and then FIEE SGR, an Italian asset management company specialising in the energy transition, for which she opened the Paris office. In parallel, she has held independent director roles since 2023.
In February 2026, she was appointed Director of the Real Estate, Infrastructure and Forestry Investment Department at CNP Assurances.
