At CNP Assurances, sustainability governance is based on a clear organisation structure, from the Board of Directors to the operational teams.
The Board of Directors establishes the main guidelines for sustainability, setting medium- and long-term objectives, monitoring implementation and adjusting strategy where necessary. The Board relies on specialised committees to examine these topics in depth and ensure rigorous monitoring. These include:
- the CSR Committee, which ensures that environmental, social and governance issues are integrated into the strategy and monitors the results obtained,
- the Audit and Risk Committee, which ensures the reliability of financial and non‑financial information and the proper monitoring of risks.
The Executive Committee implements the strategy determined by the Board and oversees actions on a daily basis, paying particular attention to sustainability.
The Sustainability Committee, made up of the members of the Executive Committee, coordinates these actions. It monitors objectives, analyses risks and opportunities, and ensures the consistency of the approaches implemented across the Group.
Sustainability criteria are incorporated into the executive compensation policy to align the company’s performance with its environmental and social commitments.
