Accessibility for deaf and hard of hearing impaired

In September 2018, CNP Assurances strengthened its approach for accessibility by launching a dedicated contact channel for deaf and hard of hearing customers. With the Sourdline platform, our insured users can now reach a counselor with the services of a sign language interpreter or a written transcriber.
This service is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
