At CNP Assurances, our corporate mission guides us in protecting and facilitating the life courses of individuals, encompassing their ambitions, their key moments in life, and their uniqueness.
The life courses of people today increasingly no longer fit into the traditional boxes. Our firm conviction in this respect applies not just to our customers but to our employees.
Being an inclusive employer means recognising that each person brings their background, strengths and experiences. We create the conditions for all employees to progress while remaining themselves and without having to conform to a single model.
95% of our employees believe that CNP Assurances is an inclusive workplace where all employees can find their place (Engagement 2025 survey).
Inclusive solutions to protect the life courses of our employees
For employees, life continues beyond the company’s doors. Personal events can disrupt career paths and, without support, may result in isolation or being sidelined. At CNP Assurances, we take these aspects into account by offering concrete, accessible and non-judgmental solutions.
- For example, by signing the OneInThreeWomen charter, CNP Assurances is committed to being a venue for detecting, listening to and guiding employee victims of domestic violence. We offer counselling and administrative support and a direct link to specialised associations
- Because illness should in no way hinder career development, our group is a signatory of the Cancer & Employment Charter (Charte Cancer & Emploi). Through this commitment, employees affected by cancer can maintain or resume their occupational activity under the best conditions.
- With one in four workers expected to be carers by 2030, we have created the LEA programme to enable employees to care for a loved one without the fear of being sidelined professionally.
Open, fair and accessible career paths for all employees
Career paths can be hindered by invisible obstacles or inequalities that take root over time. If nothing is done to lift these obstacles, they may limit career development or restrict prospects. At CNP Assurances, we take action to remove these hindrances and ensure open, fair and accessible career paths for all employees.
Equal opportunities
Equal opportunities need to be a reality for all young people: CNP Assurances has committed to creating 4,500 opportunities to strengthen their employability by 2030.
Gender diversity
Regarding gender diversity, CNP Assurances’ target is to have women account for 50% of director positions by 2030. This objective applies to the entire Group.
- The “Women in Leadership” programme, rolled out in all our regions, supports talented women in their ascension toward positions of responsibility.
The Group implements measures aimed at equal pay between women and men, regularly analysing discrepancies and taking corrective measures. In France, basic salaries are analysed as part of the annual salary review campaign. The aim is to evenly distribute individual increases between women and men.
This approach is reflected in our results, with CNP Assurances SA scoring 99/100 in the 2025 Gender Equality Index.
Disability
Disability must never be an obstacle to career advancement.
- 6% of the Group’s employees are disabled. Our long-standing commitment (in place for 30 years in France) is focused in particular on personalised work equipment and dedicated contacts.
Senior
We see experience as a strength.
- CNP Assurances is a signatory of the “50+ Charter”, a charter committed to the employment of over-50s. We are rolling out concrete actions on the employability, training and sustainable inclusion of employees over the age of 50. This age group represents 28% of the Group’s workforce.
A more open world in which everyone can find their place
Building an inclusive culture means creating the conditions that allow all employees to be themselves in the workplace, regardless of their identity, origin or uniqueness. CNP Assurances is working on perceptions, behaviour and processes to make inclusion real as well as visible.
- Our international group is home to multiple cultures, nationalities and experiences.
The three main nationalities represented are France (75%), Brazil (19%) and Italy (3%). But they do not capture the full human richness of our teams, which are present in more than 20 countries. Our diversity is a source of creativity, collective intelligence and long-term performance. - To enable all employees to fully be themselves, CNP Assurances has been a signatory to the LGBT+ commitment Charter deployed by the L’Autre Cercle association since 2024. We are committed to promoting the diversity of gender identities and sexual orientations, without discrimination.
