Committed for more than 20 years to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion, CNP Assurances is announcing the signature of a partnership agreement with the inter-company network, Women in Finance (WIF).
An international non-profit network, WIF has been working for 40 years to promote female leadership in financial services. Signing an agreement with this network is fully in line with CNP Assurances’ strategy to strengthen occupational equality and the representation of women in top management. Based in Paris and connected to the major financial hubs of London and Brussels, Women in Finance is working to connect, challenge and inspire female leaders to transform the financial sector on a lasting basis.
As part of the partnership, senior female executives from CNP Assurances join the WIF programme and thus become “role models” to inspire all the Group’s female employees. They will benefit from structured support including:
- Access to the European WIF network,
- The Leadership Academy, a training course on leadership development, managerial behaviour, public speaking, change management, and building a sustainable career path.
- An individual mentoring programme provided by senior mentors from WIF’s European networks.
- Support to prepare for governance roles, including workshops and speed-mentoring sessions with experienced board members and executives.
