CNP Assurances is actively committed to supporting youth employment. In 2025, the Group continues to increase the number of work-study trainees and interns it supports. For the seventh consecutive year, ChooseMyCompany has awarded the HappyIndex®Trainees and HappyIndex®Trainees Apprentices labels to CNP Assurances. The labels are attributed to companies at which students find the most fulfilling work experiences. The group ranks second in the “Focus on Apprentices” category for companies with between 200 and 499 work-study trainees.
The scores of the property and personal insurer are increasing with each new year. In 2025, it obtained an overall rating of 4.44 out of 5 and a recommendation score of 97.8%, up from 96.7% in 2024.
This year, CNP Assurances welcomed 202 work-study participants and 62 interns at the company and 16 VIE international corporate volunteers at its subsidiaries. These figures are also increasing.
The HappyIndex®Trainees and HappyIndex®Trainees Apprentices labels are based on the results of a survey of students serving to assess working conditions, support and quality of supervision, career prospects and the company atmosphere and culture.
