On 14 April, Aurore van der Werf will take on the role of Group Human Resources Director of CNP Assurances. She will also join the Executive Committee.
Biography of Aurore van der Werf
Aurore van der Werf holds a Master’s degree in business and tax law from Paris II Assas, and a Master’s degree in human resources management.
She began her career in 1992 on the trading floor in sales, specialising in fixed income and credit products at Dresdner Bank in Paris.
In 1999, she joined Natixis as Head of Human Resources in the Front Office, then as Business Manager in the Structured Products Department.
In 2009, she was Corporate Secretary at Lazard Frères in the Financial Affairs Department.
Since 2010, she has been Human Resources Director and a member of the Executive Committee at the ODDO BHF Group.
