The HappyIndex®Trainees and HappyIndex®Trainees Alternance labels are awarded by ChooseMyCompany to recognise companies in which students see the most success. In 2023, CNP Assurances has continued to actively support youth employment by increasing the number of work-study trainees and interns it supports.
Once again this year, the CNP Assurances Group is proud to announce that it has obtained the HappyIndex®Trainees and HappyIndex®Trainees Alternance labels: these are based on the results of a survey that allows students to assess working conditions, support and quality of supervision, career prospects and the company atmosphere and culture.
Rewarded for the 5th year running, CNP Assurances obtained particularly high marks this year: the overall score was 4.21 out of 5, an increase compared to last year. The recommendation score amounts to 92.9%, which means that more than 9 out of 10 interns and apprentices would recommend the company to their friends if they wanted to do an internship or work-study programme.
In 2023, CNP Assurances welcomed 168 work-study participants and 53 interns (provisional) in the company. To support them, teams continued to implement innovative processes such as the new “Welcom’ by CNP Assurances” Onboarding app, an integration day, assignment follow-up, and post-work-study support, with fresh prospects for international support through the VIE (international corporate volunteer) programme.
