Since 1 March 2019, French companies with more than 1,000 employees must publish an annual gender-equality index. After having obtained 99/100 for three consecutive years, CNP Assurances achieved the maximum score of 100/100 for the year 2021. This comes as a result of its ongoing commitment to fighting discrimination and promoting diversity.

By obtaining a 100/100 gender-equality score, CNP Assurance once more demonstrates its maturity in terms of equality in the workplace. The company obtained the maximum score for the five index indicators: the gender pay gap, rate of individual raises, promotions between women and men, percentage of employees who received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave and gender breakdown of the ten employees with the highest remuneration.
