On 23 October 2020, François Tritz was appointed CEO of CNP Santander Insurance in Dublin, replacing Tony Beckwith.
François has almost 20 years’ experience in car financing and insurance products, in France and internationally. He began as operations and services within a captive finance company, FC Bank (2001-2007), before entering the assistance sector with Europ Assistance (2007-2010) as head of sales and marketing. Then, he joined the personal insurance industry with BNP Paribas Cardif, notably as head of international strategy and partnerships with car financiers (2010-2018). Since joining CNP Assurances in April 2018, François Tritz has held the post of Deputy CEO, responsible for commercial development, of the Irish subsidiary.
CNP Santander Insurance manages almost 5 million credit and financial loss insurance policies, which are distributed by Santander Consumer Finance in 11 European countries.
Tony Beckwith will stay on as advisor to the Board of Directors and the CEO of the subsidiary, responsible for projects for the Group, until the end of 2021.
