Across France, companies of all sizes are working on projects that advance inclusion in the workplace. They share the same ambition: to enable everyone to find their place.

Inclusion is a long-standing commitment at CNP Assurances. Our Group has chosen to recognise these companies by creating  the Corporate Inclusive Initiative Award  in partnership with Inclusiv'Day.

Inclusiv'Day is a major annual event dedicated to inclusion in the workplace. At this year’s event, held on 1 October at the Palais des Congrès in Paris, the jury1 rewarded four companies for their initiatives.

Why did CNP Assurances create the Corporate Inclusive Initiative Award?

Our Group is convinced that inclusion is a factor of progress for individuals and organisations a like. We launched this award to highlight solutions that further inclusion in the workplace.

Open to organisations of all sizes, it rewards concrete initiatives having demonstrated their impact on the life of the company. The initiatives may relate to disability, gender equality, age, health, parenthood, diversity of origins, and the prevention of discrimination.

The projects selected by the jury are assessed according to three criteria: their innovative nature, the results obtained and their ability to be replicated at other organisations.

Rather than assessing the CSR policy as a whole, the jury chooses to highlight tangible and inspiring achievements for other companies.
