The Open Innovation Challenge is an event, which demonstrates CNP Assurances’ commitment to developing a culture of openness, innovation and teamwork to successfully complete the company’s digital transformation and to encourage our employees to take on projects and think outside the box.

What better way to follow up the success of our first participative innovation challenge than with a relaunch of the event involving the Group’s European subsidiaries?

Launched throughout Europe in 2018, this second edition of the Challenge marked a major first step on 19 December 2018. Ten finalist teams pitched their projects to a jury of in-house experts, from which five were selected, with two from our Spanish and Cypriot subsidiaries: a selection which attests to the diversity of ideas and projects backed by employees.

The jury selection:

2 projects from French teams to improve employees’ quality of life at work and to facilitate mutual support and knowledge transfer: “SoftWare Mates” and “100% bio”.

3 projects to make our customers' lives easier:
- “Cyprus project dedicated to the personalisation of offerings presented to customers"
- “Easy Doc”, Madrid project on the sharing secured data with B2B or B2B2C applications
- Finally, “Add’Doc”, designed to make it easier for users to transmit documents with their tablet or smartphone.

Now time for 4 months of incubation...
