For more than 10 years now, CNP Assurances has lead an initiative to improve the general quality of written correspondence with customers, via training session on response quality for clients according to their needs, as well as spelling classes. At CNP Assurances, we believe that improving our command of the language helps us to better reply to our adherents. Moreover, when rereading, we are also more attentive to the underlying message.

It is for this reason that CNP Assurances has implemented “Voltaire” online training sessions for the loan insurance management team. For two months, participants connect whenever they like. They proofread and correct business texts while grammar and spelling rules are explained simply and meaningfully. The lessons are adapted to each participant’s level. This program is another e-learning training possibility that CNP Assurances could offer other employees, in the form of a team project.

For the pilot group, each participant made notable progress in their command of the language. One third of participants also expressed an interest – on their own initiative – in validating the training sessions by taking the Voltaire certification test.
