François Guilgot is a graduate of EDHEC and holds a master's degree in wealth management. He began his career in 1984 as a Business Advisor with UAP. In 1986, he joined the La Poste Group, where he successively held the positions of Sales Director and Marketing Director for La Poste d’Outre-Mer.
In July 2003, he joined CNP Assurances as Inter-Regional Director to help create the CNP Assurances employee network, CNP Trésor, of which he became Commercial Director in February 2006. In October 2011, he became Business Director of the influential mass market.
In April 2014, he was appointed as Development Director of partnerships in the premium savings segment. In September 2017, he was appointed as Director of Wealth Management, then, in July 2020, co-Director of CNP Assurances' Wealth Consultancy and Management business unit before becoming its Director.
In April 2024, François Guilgot was named Director of the Wealth Management Europe business unit of CNP Assurances.
In March 2026, he was appointed Director of Individual Savings and Pension Europe and joined the Executive Committee of CNP Assurances.
