A graduate of the Institut Commercial Supérieur (ICS, Paris) in audit and finance, holder of the DECF and having completed a course in economics at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, Régis Mahieux began his career in the insurance field at PwC, where he worked for nearly nine years in auditing.
In 2006, he joined Accenture as a CNP Assurances account manager before joining the Group management control department in 2009.
In 2010, Régis Mahieux continued his career at Crédit Agricole Assurances, in the Group Organisation department, where he served as a Solvency II project manager before moving to the international division. From 2016 to 2022, he was Deputy CEO of Crédit Agricole Life Insurance Europe.
In 2022, he joined Allianz Life Luxembourg as Chief Business Transformation Officer and member of the Executive Committee.
In March 2026, Régis Mahieux joined CNP Luxembourg as special advisor to the general management before being appointed Chief Executive Officer.
