Admitted to the Paris and New York bar in 1988, Laurence Mitrovic, age 58, started her career that same year at French business firms before joining the Paris office of the American firm, Skadden Arps, in 1992. For more than 16 years, she has advised on Corporate/M&A operations, public offerings, IPOs, financing and international arbitrage.
In 2010, she joined the Aviva France group, where she held the positions of Europe legal director and Group legal director. She supports and supervises strategic projects for France, the United Kingdom and other European countries.
Laurence Mitrovic also holds an Executive Master Finance from IEP/Sciences Po Paris and a Corporate Director Certificate from IFA/Sciences Po.
