Agnès Paquin is a graduate of ENSAE and a certified actuary. She began her career in the international department of GAN as an actuary, in charge of monitoring the English-speaking subsidiaries.
She then spent more than 20 years at Aviva (now Abeille Assurances), where she held various positions, initially in life and personal protection insurance, including as:
- Head of MCEV and Steering at Aviva Vie,
- Head of Operations for Antarius (an Aviva/Crédit du Nord joint venture),
- Head of Life and Personal Protection Customer Services,
- Technical Director,
- Insurance Advisory and Project Steering at the AFER GIE (economic interest grouping of the French Savings and Retirement Association).
She also worked in asset management, as Chief Development Officer at Aviva Investors (asset management). In property and casualty insurance, she was Finance/Actuarial Director at Aviva Assurances and then Technical and Underwriting Director.
She joined the CNP Assurances Group in 2019 as Technical Director of La Banque Postale’s Insurance division, in charge of pricing, reserving and reinsurance.
She has been Chief Executive Officer of CNP Assurances IARD since 2022.
