Because insurance is ubiquitous in our daily lives but often hard to understand, CNP Assurances is launching “C’est clair”, a new mini-series blending fiction and education, produced by the agency The Good Company and URBANIA. The series follows Lola, 28, as she asks questions about the major milestones of adult life, including buying a home and choosing term creditor insurance, to clearly and simply explain insurance concepts.
The first season of the series, focusing on term creditor insurance, consists of four episodes of two to three minutes each. They will be broadcast on 15 June, 6 July, 27 August and 7 September 2026 on URBANIA’s platforms and shared across the various CNP Assurances networks.
Making insurance accessible to all
CNP Assurances is moving ahead with its commitment to make insurance accessible to all. After four years of the “En gros” video series on Konbini, the company is taking a new direction by developing an innovative and proprietary format with a fictional mini-series entitled “C’est clair”.
More immersive and character-driven, “C’est clair” takes the perspective of the customer to make insurance truly accessible. The first season focuses on term creditor insurance, a key topic for young professionals buying a property.
Following Lola, a young adult facing major life milestones such as buying her first apartment, we follow her inner journey and practical questions: “What is term creditor insurance for?” Is it mandatory? How much does it cost? “How do you take out a policy?” These are just some of the questions people ask themselves, which the series answers clearly and naturally.
Educational approach rooted in real life
Designed and produced with URBANIA, a media recognised for its committed approach and ability to reach 18-44 year olds, “C’est clair” combines information and entertainment with a human, light and purposeful tone. The production of the series was entrusted to Thibault Gilles, director, and Naïsha Randrianasolo, an URBANIA video artist known for his creative universe, combining montage, illustration and graphic design, fully in step with the cues of social networks.
