Meilleurtaux and CNP Assurances are announcing the signature of a strategic distribution partnership. The two players are combining their expertise to gradually roll out an extensive range of broadly accessible personal and property protection solutions. This new development stands as a further step forward in a relationship of trust initiated in 2018.

The partnership, to be implemented gradually, will initially cover property loan insurance, health insurance and auto insurance. The initiative is based on a shared aim to enable everyone to build their future with confidence and protect their families and property.

Two complementary players, guarantees of trust

The partnership combines two highly complementary positions.

  • Meilleurtaux’s business model is based on comparisons and transparency, the independence of the board, simple, user-friendly processes, and the defence of purchasing power.
  • CNP Assurances brings its expertise as a comprehensive insurer, its financial solidity, and its ability to control risks and provide sustainable support to individuals in their key life events.

The two partners are seeking to bring customers a simple and seamless experience, combining the ease of digital journeys with human support when personalised advice is required.

A comprehensive offer to support everyone in their life course

CNP Assurances and Meilleurtaux intend to develop a model of financial and insurance services to support everyone in their life courses by protecting their families and financing their projects.

Through this multi-offer approach, customers benefit from needs-adjusted access to solutions selected and proposed as part of the advisory services provided by Meilleurtaux while benefiting from the solidity and insurance expertise of CNP Assurances.

Gradual roll-out from September 2026

The partnership is based on a collaboration in term creditor insurance initiated by the two companies at the end of 2018, with two dedicated policies distributed by Meilleurtaux.

A first step will be taken this autumn with the launch of a new term creditor insurance solution including new pricing conditions and enhanced segmentation.
The two partners are already preparing the launch of new products:

  • a motor insurance policy, set for launch in early 2027;

  • healthcare policies, with launch planned for 2027.

For CNP Assurances, the collaboration contributes to the diversification of its distribution channels and the implementation of its Lead for Impact strategic plan. For Meilleurtaux, it strengthens its competitive position as a global player in financial and insurance services by expanding its range of protection solutions while remaining true to its core strength: top-quality advice and the independence of its recommendations.

“Through this new phase of our relationship with Meilleurtaux, we will continue to diversify our distribution channels in line with our Lead For Impact strategic plan. By progressively drawing on our expertise as a comprehensive insurer, we are developing useful, accessible solutions adapted to the protection needs of French people at each stage of their lives. The complementary fit between the solidity and innovative ability of CNP Assurances and the high-quality advice and comprehensive distribution channels of Meilleurtaux enables us to build an ambitious relationship to serve our customers.” said Marie-Aude Thépaut, Chief Executive Officer of CNP Assurances.

“At every major moment in their lives, French people need a trusted partner. By combining our hybrid model, which supports more than three million customers in branches and online, with the strength and expertise of CNP Assurances, we will gradually roll out new protection solutions with a promise of simplicity and autonomy on a daily basis and tailored advice whenever our customers so require. This partnership strengthens our role as a global player in personal finance, driven by the unwavering ambition to advise French people and give them real freedom of choice in the management of their personal finances, regardless of their projects or level of wealth.”, added Thomas Vandeville, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Meilleurtaux Group.
