The HappyIndex®Trainees and HappyIndex®Trainees Alternance labels are awarded by ChooseMyCompany to companies in which students feel the most fulfilled. CNP Assurances has continued to actively support youth employment in 2024 by increasing the number of work-study trainees and interns it supports.
The CNP Assurances Group is proud to announce that, once again this year, it has obtained the HappyIndex®Trainees and HappyIndex®Trainees Alternance labels. This certification is awarded based on the results of a survey in which students assess working conditions, support, supervision, career prospects and the company atmosphere and culture.
Obtaining this certification for the sixth consecutive year, CNP Assurances earned particularly high marks in 2024 with an overall score of 4.35 out of 5, higher than last year. CNP Assurances obtained a recommendation rating of 96.7%, up from 92.9% in 2023. This means that nearly ten out of ten interns and apprentices would recommend the company to friends looking to do an internship or work-study programme.
CNP Assurances welcomed 189 work-study participants and 42 interns in 2024 (provisional figures).
