Rosana Techima Salsano has been appointed Group Chief Sustainability Officer of CNP Assurances. She will take over from Vincent Damas, and her duties will include overseeing the implementation of the Group’s CSR (corporate social responsibility) strategy and ensuring its concrete and ambitious deployment across all subsidiaries. She will take charge of innovative, high-impact projects aimed at making CSR a driver of transformation and performance for CNP Assurances.
In line with CNP Assurances’ corporate mission, she will also be responsible for developing new and inclusive insurance offerings to address current social and environmental challenges by protecting as many people as possible.
Rosana Techima holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Brasilia, a master’s degree in Strategic Business Management and a specialisation in Digital Transformation from MIT, Berkeley University, Columbia University and Cambridge University. Rosana was Chief Executive Officer of CNP Seguros Argentina and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Seguradora Provincia Vida since August 2018. She was previously at CAIXA Seguradora, the CNP Assurances Group’s Brazilian subsidiary. With 33 years of experience within the Group, she has held various positions: Executive Director of CAIXA VIDA & PREVIDÊNCIA, Director of Caixa Consorcios, Director of Life Products, where she actively contributed to the development of inclusive insurance and micro-insurance in Brazil. She is co-author of the book: "Women in Insurance" published by Editora Líder.
