The composition of the board of directors of CNP Assurances was changed at a General Meeting of shareholders held today at the company's head office in Issy-les-Moulineaux.
Two new independent directors, Dario Moltrasio and Frédéric Tardy, were appointed.

Frédéric is an expert in digital and artificial intelligence. He mentors many fintechs and insurtechs in Africa and South America via the NGO Endeavor.org.
Nathalie Collin has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Head of the Consumer and Digital Division of La Poste Group since March 2021.
She is also a member of the boards of directors of Geopost, Docaposte and EDF.
Sonia de Demandolx is an associate director of Demandolx_Furtado.
She joined the board of directors of CNP Assurances on 4 March 2020 and also sits on the boards of directors of CNP Assurances's Brazilian entities.
