CNP Assurances has given AEW a mandate to acquire the Taunusanlage 11 ("T11") office tower in Frankfurt, Germany, from TRIUVA Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH.

This prime asset is located in the centre of the Frankfurt business district, at the intersection of two main thoroughfares, Mainzer Landstrasse and Taunusanlage, and is primarily occupied by the German law firm Gleiss Lutz.

T11 has a surface area of 9,800 sq.m of modern offices spread over 17 floors, as well as 119 parking spaces. This Class A Tower, completely renovated in 2014, has 'DGNB Gold' certification.

In this transaction, AEW was advised by GreenbergTraurig and TRIUVA by Hogan Lovells and BNP Paribas.

CNP Assurances, which has signed the Charter for Energy Efficiency in Tertiary Buildings, is committed to reducing the energy consumption of its property assets by more than 20% by 2020. This new investment will fulfil this objective by meeting the most stringent environmental standards.
