At the end of August, we announced the conclusion of a new long-term exclusive distribution agreement in Brazil in the Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF) network, the 2nd largest public bank in Brazil and one of the five largest in Latin America.
This new agreement has been concluded until 2041 and builds on the historically successful partnership between CNP Assurances and CEF since 2001, through their joint subsidiary Caixa Seguros Holding (CSH).
A 20-year alliance renewed for 23 years... an exceptional achievement!
After having celebrated this union in Brazil, we did not miss the opportunity to get everyone involved in this accomplishment to meet up in Paris.
Nelson De Souza, president of CEF, highlighted the mutual trust that has built up between our two groups over such a long time: “After 20 years of union, we’ve renewed our partnership and with even more affection and commitment. ”
Jean-Paul Faugère, Chairman of the Board of Directors at CNP Assurances, expressed CEF’s heightened ambition which is also ours in the field of insurance: “Together, we are going to write an amazing story. ”
