CNP Assurances hereby announces the publication of its 2018 Registration Document.
The Registration Document was filed on 28 March 2019 with the French Markets Authority.

The document includes the 2018 Annual Financial Report composed of the Board of Director’s Management Report, the Corporate Governance Report, the Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements, the Statutory Auditor’s Reports on the Statutory and Consolidated Financial Statements as well as the Statutory Auditor’s fees.
