CNP Assurances achieved a score of 100/100 in the 2024 workplace gender equality index. Led by Marie-Aude Thépaut, CNP Assurances has maintained its excellence thanks to its commitment to gender equality dating back more than 20 years and its constant focus on ensuring equal treatment for all its employees.
As in 2023, CNP Assurances obtained the highest score on all the indicators of the workplace equality index:
• 40/40 for equal pay for men and women
• 20/20 for individual pay increases
• 15/15 for promotion differences
• 15/15 for the percentage of employees who received a pay rise in the year following their return from maternity leave
• 10/10 for the distribution of high salaries between women and men
As regards the proportion of women in management bodies, 40% of the executive committee and 40% of senior managers are women (as an annual average for CNP Assurances SA, excluding subsidiaries). CNP Assurances is run by an all-female team, with Véronique Weill as Chair of the Board of Directors and Marie-Aude Thépaut as Chief Executive Officer.
In 2021, CNP Assurances received a special prize for equal pay for men and women.
