Our objective is to achieve by the end of 2025 a customer effort rate of less than 2 (out of 5) for the end-to-end customer journey (France and international).

In 2023, our Group developed three new products to improve access to insurance for vulnerable populations:
- 2 personal risk microinsurance products in Argentina,
- 1 loan insurance product in Italy. This is aimed at low-income pensioners who are unable to take out conventional consumer credit.
