Since 1 March 2019, French companies with more than 1,000 employees must publish an annual gender-equality index. For the second year running, CNP Assurances scores 99/100 thanks to its ongoing commitment to fight discrimination and promote diversity.

By publishing a 99/100 gender-equality score for the second year in a row, CNP Assurances once more demonstrates its maturity in terms of equality in the workplace. The company obtains the maximum score on four of the five indicators in the index: rate of individual raises and promotions between women and men, percentage of employees who received a raise in the year following their maternity leave, gender ratio between the ten employees who received the highest remuneration.

With a 99/100 score for the second year running, CNP Assurances continues its commitment in the fight against gender inequality in the workplace. CNP Assurances once again this year confirms its positive impact on change society", says Bérengère Grandjean, Human Ressources Director at CNP Assurances.
