Taking part in the HappyIndex®Trainees campaign for the first time, CNP Assurances wins this award given by ChooseMyCompany to companies receiving the highest grading by interns and work-study trainees.
Based solely on the opinions of interns and work-study trainees, the HappyIndex®/Trainees award rewards organisations where students are the happiest and most motivated.
Using a survey of 18 questions on various topics such as trust placed by management, working environment, atmosphere, interest of the work entrusted to them, their professional progress, etc., the interns and work-study trainees thus grade the performance of the companies that hosted them.
These surveys are then assessed according to three determining criteria to obtain the HappyIndex®/Trainees certification:
- an overall score summarising the company’s performance
- a survey participation rate, which must be over 50 %
- a “recommendation rate” which must be over 75 %. On this last criterion, CNP Assurances obtained a high score with 9 out of 10 interns and work-study trainees stating they would recommend to one of their friends doing an internship in this company.
