At a ceremony organised today under the auspices of Paris City Hall, CNP Assurances and DTZ Investors France laid the first stone of the “Bercy Crystal” office building in the 12th arrondissement of Paris.

Purchased off-plan (VEFA) and as a speculative investment by CNP Assurances with the support of DTZ Investors France and developed by OGIC, this building will be situated at 2 to 6 rue Gerty Archimède in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, at the heart of the Bercy business hub. Designed by the Architectural Atelier Brenac + Gonzalez, it will have a rental area of approximately 15,000 sq. m with 124 parking spaces for cars and 51 spaces reserved for bikes and motorbikes.

It will be HQE certified “Excellent” and BREEAM certified “Very Good”. Its completion is scheduled for Q3 2017.
