CNP Assurances launched its first participatory innovation challenge in June 2017, on the theme of client satisfaction - a subject at the heart of our concerns.
Beyond the desire to develop new products and services to make life easier for our policyholders, our ambition is also to strengthen innovation within our Group by encouraging our employees’ capacity to undertake projects.

For the last few weeks, they have been encouraged to propose their ideas, alone or in teams; every CNP Assurances employee was then invited to like their favourite projects.

Consumers were also involved in this process, via our online community You&Us.

This operation was very well received, both internally, with staff voting in huge numbers, and among members of the You&Us community: “You really get the impression that you are playing a part in the future of CNP Assurances, as seems to be the case with employees of the company”.

After the voting, ten teams were trained on how to pitch their projects to a jury of experts, and five of them were chosen at the end of September.
Our “super-intrapreneurs” are now supported by the “Cap Digital Accelerator” - our digital transformation structure - to help them make their ideas a reality.

We wish them all the best!
