According to data published by the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Women’s Rights, CNP Assurances is ranked 8th on the annual list of French companies with the highest proportion of female staff. Moreover, it is the number one company in the insurance sector.
This ranking, carried out by Ethics & Boards in partnership with Challenges magazine, examines the feminisation rate of the SBF120 companies by taking into account women’s place in leadership positions (proportion of women on the boards, on the salary and appointment committees, and on the Executive Committee).
The gender diversity in top management is representative of the commitment of CNP Assurances to the promotion and development of all its female employees. As such, more than half the executives of the CNP Assurances group are women.
CNP Assurances has been committed to professional equality for more than 10 years. The last company agreement signed on this matter includes target figures in terms of gender diversity, promotions, training and balancing work life and private life.
