The renewal of CNP Assurances' agreements with Caixa Econômica Federal, led to the launch of two new subsidiaries in 2021: Caixa Consórcios and Caixa Vida e Previdência wich alone accounts for 80% of CNP Assurances' business in Brazil.
In addition, CNP Seguros Holdng Brasil, the leader in loan insurance, will lead the development of future open model partnerships in the country. 
Since 2016, the Group has also operated Youse, the first 100% digital insurance company in Brazil.

The Group’s oldest foreign subsidiary is one of the leading Argentine insurers in personal risk. It is jointly owned by CNP Assurances and Credicoop Bank.
