In France, CNP Assurances is a leading provider of personal insurance.  Insurer, co-insurer and reinsurer, CNP Assurances designs personal risk and savings solutions distributed by numerous partners, including La Banque Postale and Groupe BPCE (Caisse d’Epargne and Banque Populaire). Products are tailored to their distribution method, from the physical network to entirely online.

The partnership between CNP Assurances and UniCredit, established through their joint subsidiary CNP UniCredit Vita, runs until 2024. It covers a full range of personal insurance products.
In October 2022, CNP Assurances acquired the minority stake (49%) held by UniCredit in CNP Vita Assicura S.p.a. (formerly Aviva S.p.a.) to become the sole shareholder.
Our group can pursue its development both as an open distribution model and as a bancassurance partnership. It has become the fifth insurer in the Italian life insurance market.

By joining forces with Santander, the leader in consumer credit, CNP Assurances is accelerating its distribution of open model loan protection insurance in 12 European countries (more than 120,000 points of sale), through their joint subsidiary CNP Santander Insurance. More than half of the turnover is carried out in Germany.
