She is a graduate of the Euro-Institut d'Actuariat (EURIA) from the Bretagne Occidentale University and is a certified actuary.
She started her career at the Bureau international du travail and then joined Buck Heissmann in September 2000 as a Consultant Life Actuary - Employee Benefit & Pension Fund.
She joined CNP Assurances in December 2001. In September 2006, she was appointed head of the Risk Valuation and Measurement Division and in September 2011, director of the Group's Technical Standards and Synthesis Department. In March 2014, she became director of the Insurance Risk department. In October 2019, she was appointed head of the BPCE Partnership and Retirement business unit, a position she held until March 2020.
