Awarded by ChooseMyCompany, the new HappyIndex®Trainees Alternance 2021 label recognises companies in which students are the happiest and best motivated. CNP Assurances has maintained its youth employment policy in the current health-related and economic situation.

In line with the government’s wish to support youth employment and in keeping with the commitments made by the profession, each year CNP Assurances reserves a special place for apprentices and interns to support them as effectively as possible with their future careers. This policy has been rewarded with the awarding of a second HappyIndex®Trainees label and of the new HappyIndex®/Trainees Alternance label based entirely on the apprentices’ opinions.

The awarding of the HappyIndex®Trainees label results from a poll conducted by ChooseMyCompany among the interns and apprentices welcomed by the company. To earn it, a company must achieve a participation rate of least 50%, an overall rating summing up the company’s performance when it comes to welcoming and supporting young people of more than 3.82 out of 5 and a recommendation rate of at least 75%.

This year, CNP Assurances achieved a particularly high score for this latter criterion, which means that more than 9 out of 10 interns and apprentices would recommend the company to their friends if they were looking to undertake an internship or an apprenticeship, with progress being made for all criteria.

In the current situation, dominated by the health and economic crisis, being awarded the new HappyIndex®/Trainees Alternance label and the HappyIndex®/Trainees label for the second year running constitutes recognition of our commitment and our ongoing policy aimed at promoting youth employment”, explained CNP Assurances’ Human Resources Director Bérengère Grandjean.

We’re asking a lot of this new generation and even more will be asked of them in the years to come. The task is to preserve, to support and to prepare for the future. We take care of these young people as they take their first steps in the world of work!”, added Laurent Labbé, CEO and co-founder of ChooseMyCompany.
