This year again, CNP Assurances upholds its commitment with a seventh inclusion agreement for disabled workers approved by the Dirrecte* in early June.

With this text, CNP Assurances continues to pursue its active policy, initiated as early as 1995, of inclusion and fighting against discrimination, and maintaining employment for the disabled from 2015 to 2018.

This agreement particularly emphasises a strong mobilisation of all internal staff (Mission Handicap, staff representatives, doctors, etc.) as well as its partners (adapted companies, co-founding partnership with Hanploi, etc.). CNP Assurances is also planning to put in place reinforced personalised support to meet the needs of each type of disability, and is implementing a number of activities to raise awareness among its employees.

Recognised for its excellent results on accessibility, CNP Assurances continues to direct its efforts not only on the organisation of work stations but also on improving its premises.
