Role

Manage individual or group insurance policies.

Responsibilities

  • Perform everyday administrative tasks (premiums, surrenders, expiries, tax certificates, transfers, etc.) and manage benefit payments.
  • Handle reinsurance contracts or services that require beneficiaries to undergo a medical examination, update databases, prepare policyholder statements.
  • Inform and advise clients, policyholders and/or partners.

Requirements

Secondary school education or up to two years’ higher education.
Some initial experience in banking and insurance.
