Responsibilities

  • Implement and strengthen the digital transformation.
  • Develop collaboration within organisations and across departments in the company.
  • Make it possible for employees to work in different places according to their needs and projects.
  • Develop the habit of putting yourself in the position of the internal client, i.e. the employee.
  • Make suggestions within the following areas: Skills, Data, Customer Empathy (internal and external), Mobility and Intrapreneurship.

Requirements

Degree in digital transformation or experience in the field of digital transformation.
