Marie Rouen has been Group Human Resources Director at CNP Assurances since 2 January 2024.
After obtaining a Master’s degree in Law with an HR major, Marie Rouen (51) began her career in 1997 at the Fnac group as Head of Human Resources for several points of sale. In 2005, she became Head of Employment & Recruitment Policies for the brand. In 2008, she was appointed Head of Human Resources for all Fnac Paris stores.
In 2010, Marie Rouen joined the Virgin Group as Human Resources Director. In 2013, she was appointed Human Resources Director at Crédit Coopératif (Groupe BPCE) and, in June 2014, Human Resources Director at Banque Palatine. In 2016, she also took the helm of the Purchasing and Facilities Management Department, followed by Banking Production Services in 2018 and Internal and External Communication in 2019.
She joined the CNP Assurances Group in March 2023 as Deputy Human Resources Director before becoming Group Human Resources Director on 2 January 2024 and a member of the Executive Committee.
