CNP Assurances and Caixa Seguridade having not reached an agreement on the renewal after February 2021
of the distribution agreement in Brazil for the products of their joint subsidiary Caixa Seguros by the network of
Caixa Econômica Federal, the discussions were interrupted.
The distribution agreement remains in force until its end in February 2021 under the current conditions
