CNP Assurances specialises in developing its products in close collaboration with each of its partners. In addition to major distribution partnerships in France (with La Banque Postale and Groupe BPCE), in Europe (with Banco Santander) and in Brazil (with Caixa Econômica Federal), each year we sign new agreements with key players of all sizes.

We bring them both the strength of our financial balance sheet and our business agility without a physical network. This dimension allows us to organise units on a human scale in order to be responsive. Through our history, culture and organisation, we are therefore one step ahead in the search for complementarity with our partners.

Our strategy is not to acquire entities, but to insert ourselves into a networked ecosystem. That is what we develop every day, with interdisciplinary teams and relationships based on the ability to work collaboratively.

This co-construction know-how enables us to develop all forms of partnership, from the traditional with a distributor network, to white label distribution with Amtéis and approval as a supplier to the French Ministry of National Education.

A partnership for pensions

Arial CNP Assurances, the result of a partnership with AG2R La Mondiale is today the only player dedicated exclusively to supplementary pensions and the second largest market player in France.

A partnership for the protection of micro, small and medium-sized companies

CNP Assurances and Klésia, a multi-professional social protection group, harness their complementarity to develop their social protection business, targeting in particular micro, small and medium-sized companies.

A successful partnership in Italy between CNP Assurances and UniCredit

This was renewed in 2017 for seven years with the creation of a sales organisation to develop savings in unit-linked accounts, loan protection insurance and individual personal risk insurance.

A 100% digital partnership

EasyBourse – La Banque Postale’s online broker – and CNP Assurances launched the EasyVie life insurance policy at the start of 2018. An entirely paperless process, from subscription to total redemption, with two modular management options.

The co-construction of innovative products

CNP Patrimoine, the wealth-management business of CNP Assurances, won the Oscar for innovation for its Flexi G product, designed through listening to CNP Patrimoine’s partners.
