Vincent Damas holds a Master of Science from Ecole Polytechnique and from ENSAE. He is also a certified actuary from the French Institute of Actuaries. After beginning his career in 2003 at the French Ministry of Finance, he joined the French prudential supervisory authority (ACPR) as an insurance supervisor.
In 2007, he joined CNP Assurances, where he has held several management positions, notably Deputy Head of Accounting for France, Head of Investment Risk and Funding, Head of ALM and Funding, Head of Relations with Investors, Analysts and Rating Agencies, Group Chief Risk Officer and, since September 2019, Head of Corporate Social Responsibility.
