Chief Executive Officer
Antoine Lissowski is a graduate of Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and Ecole Nationale d'Administration ("Henri-François d'Aguesseau" class of 1982).
He began his career with Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations as manager of foreign currency treasury transactions and eurocredits. In 1985, he joined the French securities regulator (Commission des Opérations de Bourse), where he led the first working groups on ethical practices in the financial services industry. In 1988, he moved back to Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, as head of business development on the bond and money markets. In 1990, he was appointed Managing Director of Caisse Autonome de Refinancement (CAR – Caisse des Dépôts Group). In this position, his priorities included match funding very long-term assets and developing a financial R&D activity. In 1993, he became Finance Director of the Caisse des Dépôts' Banking and Financial Services unit. In December 2000, he was appointed Finance Director of the newly formed CDC Ixis and in May 2002 he joined the company's Executive Board as Director, Proprietary Trading.
In December 2003, he became a member of the CNP Assurances Executive Board,Chairman of the economic and financial plenary commission of the French Federation of Insurance Companies (FFSA) and Chairman of the Solvency II steering committee of the European Insurance and Reinsurance Federation (CEA). Since 2007, Antoine Lissowski has been Chief Executive Officer, Finance, of CNP Assurances.

Yves Couturier, trained as an actuary, is currently Head of the Open Model business unit for CNP Assurances.
He is vice-president of the BCAC (Bureau Commun des Assurances Collectives) and a member representing the FFSA at the monitoring and proposals committee of the AERAS Convention.
He began his career reinsuring people on the world market, until 1986, when he became managing director of the company Vie Plus and its subsidiaries and sister organizations, which became GE Assurances when it was bought by the General Electric group.
He joined CNP Assurances in November 2002.
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Xavier Larnaudie-Eiffel was born in 1958 and is a graduate of Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Bordeaux and Ecole Nationale d'Administration (''Henri-François d'Aguesseau'' class of 1982). During his career as a senior civil servant, he held positions at several prefectures, before becoming Principal Private Secretary of the Junior Minister for Research and Higher Education in 1986. In 1988, he joined the French Treasury, where he held various international positions, before becoming advisor to the Minister of the Economy on matters related to Europe and economic development in 1993. In 1994, he was appointed junior director of the Treasury's Insurance department, with responsibility for insurance industry regulation and supervision.
From 1995 to 2000, he was Principal Private Secretary for the European Commissioner for economy and monetary affairs, devoting most of his time to preparing the introduction of the euro. In March 2000, he became Vice Chairman of Solving International and, as such, member of the Management Committee and Executive Board, with specific responsibility for the financial services and banking industry in Europe and Brazil.
A member of the CNP Assurances Executive Board since December 2003, he has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer since 10 July 2007.
Chief Financial Officer
Thomas Béhar is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and of the ENSAE (French national school for statistics and economic administration), and is a qualified actuary of the Institut des Actuaires. He also holds the rank of Ingénieur général des Mines. He joined CNP Assurances in 2002 as special advisor to the Head of Partnerships and Commercial Development. Since 2003, he has been Director of Steering and Management Control, Chief Accountant France, Director of the Finance Roadmap programme in 2012 and Group Technical Director. Appointed member of the Executive Committee in September 2013, Thomas Béhar was promoted to Group Financial Performance Director in December 2017 and subsequently to Chief Financial Officer of CNP Assurances in 2019.
He is a lecturer in actuarial studies at the Centre d’études actuarielles and co-author of “Assurance: Comptabilité, Règlementation, Actuariat”, published by Economica in 2002.
Thomas Béhar has also been President of the Institut des actuaires and of the European Actuarial Association.
Head of the BPCE Partnership business unit
Thomas Chardonnel, graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris in 1994, and started his career as Head of Management Control and Reinsurance at GAN’s offices in Hungary. He then worked in the commercial development sector at SCOR Vie (emerging markets in central Europe and the Middle East) before joining General Electric Assurance (Genworth) in Madrid where he was Commercial Director with responsibility for developing loan protection insurance for the Spanish market. He joined CNP Assurances in 2005 and has held several positions within the Bank Customer division (Loan Protection Insurance): Commercial Development Manager, Customer Services Director and then Deputy Director, Steering.
In July 2013, he was appointed Head of the "Caisse d'Epargne" partnership division and interim Head of the Patrimonial Networks partnership. Since April 2, 2014, he has been Head of the BPCE Partnership business unit.
Group Human Resources Director
Bérengère Grandjean, has spent most of her professional career in banking, where she first held a number of positions with responsibilities in organization, marketing and communication.
Between 2000 and 2009, she was successively DHR at two banks, BICS Banque Populaire and BRED Banque Populaire, before becoming Director of Human Resources at Groupe Banque Populaire.
Before joining CNP Assurances, Bérengère Grandjean was director of Social Policies and Affairs at Groupe BPCE from July 2009.

Group Administrative Officer
Marie Grison graduated from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in 1992, and began her career at Crédit Lyonnais in the General Inspection division. She then worked in the capital market sector and in the market risk department. In 2004, she joined Ixis-CIB as risk manager in charge of rates. In 2006, she joined the Natixis Group Risk Management Department as Head of the Credit Risk Department and, in 2010, as Head of the Consolidated Risk Department.
Marie Grison joined CNP Assurances in 2013 as Group Chief Risk Officer. She was appointed Administrative Officer of CNP Assurances in February 2019.
Latin America Business Unit
Laurent Jumelle, 39, is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique (1998-2001), the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (2001-2002) and the College des Ingénieurs (2002-2003).
He began his career in 2003 at AGF Collectives as a manager in the personal risk/healthcare department before becoming, in March 2006, the technical director for personal risk/healthcare. In October 2008, he joined Allianz France as director of retirement planning and in February 2011 became director of life insurance partnerships. At the same time, he served as a director of Allianz Global Investors France (2009-2012), Chairman and CEO of Arcalis (2011-2013), and CEO of Génération Vie (2011-2013).
He became head of the Wealth Management Department at CNP Assurances Group in 2014, and joined the Executive Committee in May 2017.
On 31 August 2017 he took on the management of the Latin America Business Unit and of Caixa Seguradora, the Brazilian subsidiary of CNP Assurances.
Head of La Banque Postale Partnership business unit
Martine Vareilles has a doctorate in mathematics and a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in information technology and statistics. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Institut des Actuaires and studied marketing at the INSEAD business school. After starting her career at Abeille Paix Réassurance in 1984 as head of life insurance, she joined Assurances Générales de France (now Allianz) in 1987, where she held various positions before being appointed Director of Group Pension Services.
In 2006, she joined La Mutuelle Générale as Technical Director of LMG and MNT, two mutual health insurers within Mutaris. From 2007 she was Assistant Director of Insurance and Development, and member of the Board of Directors. She joined CNP Assurances in November 2011 as Head of the La Banque Postale partnership division. Since April 2014, she has been Head of the La Banque Postale Partnership business unit.
Director of the customer experience and of information systems
Hervé Thoumyre is Director of the customer experience and of information systems at CNP Assurances and member of the Executive Committee.
Hervé Thoumyre is a graduate of the Arts et Métiers ParisTech French engineering institute. He began his career in 1987 as project manager at the European Organisation for Nuclear Research. He joined IBM in 1989 where he held various positions in the consulting and services division particularly in the industry and distribution sectors. In 2007, he became head of information systems at Carrefour. Then in 2015, he joined transport operator CMA CGM as Vice President in charge of the Group's transformation.
Before joining CNP Assurances and since 2017, he was Senior Vice President of Devoteam. Aged 54, Hervé Thoumyre is passionate about music, architecture and cycling.
Olivier Guigné has been Investments Director at CNP Assurances since September 2018 and member of the Executive Committee.
A graduate of Supélec Engineering School, Olivier Guigné joined CNP Assurances in 2009 as Head of ALM and Asset Allocation. Olivier Guigné has performed a range of roles within the financial and risk divisions of investment banks and within the Caisse des Dépôts group. From 2013 to 2018, he was in charge of the Investment Strategy and Listed Investments Management Department at CNP Assurances.
