Committees of the Board

The Board of Directors is assisted by five specialised committees.

• The Audit and Risks Committee is responsible for ensuring that the Group’s accounting policies are appropriate and comply with generally accepted accounting principles. It also obtains assurance that a system exists to identify risks that may have a material impact on the Group’s accounting and financial information.
• The Remuneration and Nominations Committee makes recommendations concerning the choice of candidates for appointment as corporate officers and the remuneration packages of these officers. 
• The Strategy Committee expresses an opinion on the Group's main strategic goals.
• The CSR Committee is responsible for ensuring that issues relating corporate social responsibility (CSR) are taken into account in the Company's strategy and its implementation.
• A fifth Committee monitors the implementation of the BPCE and LBP partnerships.
