Barclays e CNP hanno formalmente siglato la joint venture nelle assicurazioni ramo vita in Spagna, Portogallo e Italia

 

Ad integrazione dell’annuncio del 25 giugno 2009, Barclays Bank PLC (‘Barclays’) e CNP Assurances SA (‘CNP’) hanno formalmente siglato una joint venture di lungo termine nelle assicurazioni ramo vita in Spagna, Portogallo e Italia. Questa segue la cessione del 50% delle azioni di Barclays Vida y Pensiones Compañía de Seguros (‘BVP’) a CNP.

 

Frits Seegers, Chief Executive di Barclays Global Retail and Commercial Banking, ha dichiarato: “Siamo entusiasti per le opportunità offerte da questa joint venture con CNP.
