account the viewpoint expressed by several
of its Members, the Board of Directors
of CNP Assurances, after discussion during
its meeting on March 23 rd 2012, has
decided to postpone until June 29 th
the Annual General Meeting which had
originally been scheduled for June 7 th 2012.
