• Michel Bois has been appointed Director of Programmes, Organisation and Information Systems at CNP Assurances. He is in charge of the following structures: the Information Systems Division, the Innovation and Organisation Division and the Information Technology Investments Division. • Corinne Gouthière becomes Director of the Policyholders Service. She had been Director of Risks and Compliance at CNP Assurances since 2007. Corinne Gouthière is a member of the Executive Committee.
  
  
• Bérengère Grandjean has been appointed Director of Human Resources at CNP Assurances following the retirement of Dominique Pagant. She will therefore act as DHR at CNP Assurances as well as Group DHR for the CNP Assurances subsidiaries. Bérengère Grandjean is a member of the Executive Committee.
  
  
• Dorothée de Kermadec becomes Director of Risks, Compliance and Sustainable Development. Previously, she was Director of the Sustainable Development Department. Dorothée de Kermadec was also in charge of Secretarial Services for the Executive Committee.
  
  
• Huguette Rellier has been appointed Director of Internal Auditing and of the Quality Mission. She also takes over Secretarial Services for the Executive Committee. Previously, Huguette Rellier was Director of the Policyholders Service.
  
  
• Hugues de Vauplane takes over the newly created duties of Company Secretary of CNP Assurances. This new structure groups together the following cross-functional duties: the Purchasing Division, the Buildings and Logistics Division and the Corporate Legal Division. Previously, he was Director of Internal Auditing. Furthermore, Hugues de Vauplane continues to perform the duties of Secretary to the Board of Directors.

  Michel Bois, 51, was formerly Managing Director and member of the CACEIS Management Board. Prior to that, Michel Bois was Chairman of the Management Board of IXIS-Investor Services, the bank for custodial services of Caisses d’Epargne, Director of the ‘Bank and Securities’ branch of CDC-IXIS from 2001 to 2005, Member of the Executive Committee of CDC-Marchés and Manager of the Back Office and Control of Market Risks and Results from 1996 to 2000 and Manager of Control of Market Risks and Activities from 1992 to 1996 at Groupe Caisse des Dépôts.
  He began his career in 1983 as an actuary at Société Générale before working as a trader in interest rate derivatives and then manager of UCITS interest rate mutual funds.
  
  Michel Bois is a graduate of the Institut des Actuaires Français and holds a post-graduate diploma in computer science and a Master’s Degree in pure mathematics.

  Corinne Gouthière, 53, has been Director of Risks and Compliance at CNP Assurances since 2007. Prior to that, she held a variety of positions: Director of Risks and Internal Control from 2002 to 2007, Managing Director of GIE ANTICIPA-Groupe Caisse des Dépôts from 2000 to 2002, Director of Regional Structures at CNP Assurances from 1996 to 1999, Director of the Technical Department at CNP Assurances from 1992 to 1996 and Director of the Human Resources Department at CNP Assurances from 1988 to 1992. From 1984 to 1988, Corinne Gouthière was a civil servant, working as Chief Clerk in the Financial Services Division at the French Ministry of Defense.
  
  Corinne Gouthière is a former student of the Ecole Nationale d’Administration, a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. She is also a graduate of the Institut des Actuaires Français.
  
  
• Bérengère Grandjean

  Bérengère Grandjean, 50, has spent most of her professional career in banking, where she first held a number of positions with responsibilities in organisation, marketing and communication.
  Between 2000 and 2009, she was successively DHR at two banks, BICS Banque Populaire and BRED Banque Populaire, before becoming Director of Human Resources at Groupe Banque Populaire.
  Before joining CNP Assurances, Bérengère Grandjean was director of Social Policies and Affairs at Groupe BPCE from July 2009.
  
  Bérengère Grandjean is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.

  Huguette Rellier, 56, previously held the position of Director of the Policyholders Service. Most of her career has been at CNP Assurances, where she has successively held the positions of Director of Organisation, Director of the Ecureuil Partner Division, manager of Subscription and Control of Claims.
  
  Huguette Rellier holds a Master’s Degree in Physics.

  Dorothée de Kermadec, 55, previously held the position of Secretary to the Executive Committee and Director of the Sustainable Development Department. From 2004 to 2005, she was in charge of the Prospective and Strategic Studies Department at CNP Assurances.
  Prior to that, she performed a variety of duties: from 1985 to 1987, in charge of economic studies on the local sector at Caisse des depots; from 1987 to 1990, Director of the office of the Executive Vice President of Caisse des dépôts and Director of External Communications and Sponsoring at Crédit Local de France; from 1990 to 1993, Regional Director for Overseas Departments and Territories at Caisse des Dépôts and of Crédit Local de France; from 1993 to 1995, Assistant Director of the office of the Minister of the Civil Service; from 1995 to 1998, Sub-director of modernisation at the Ministry of Civil Service; from 1998 to 2001, Deputy Director for civil servants at CNP Assurances; from 2001 to 2004, Director of the La Poste partnership centre at CNP Assurances.
  
  Dorothée de Kermadec is a graduate of the Hautes Etudes Commerciales and a former student of the Ecole Normale d’Administration. She also holds an Associate Degree in Economics.
  
  
• Hugues de Vauplane

  Hugues de Vauplane, 57, also continues his duties as Secretary to the Board of Directors and to specialised committees, which he has been performing directly with the Chairman, Edmond Alphandéry, since October 1998.
  Hugues de Vauplane was Director of Internal Auditing at CNP Assurances from 2005. Prior to that, he performed a variety of duties, including those of Department Manager of Internal Auditing at the Investment Funds Division from 1991 to 1995 and Assistant Director of Financing of Housing from 1995 to 1998 for the Caisse des Dépôts group before becoming Director of Shareholder Relations from 1998 to 2004 at CNP Assurances.
  He was previously auditor and Mission Manager of the Division of General Inspection and Auditing at Caisse Nationale du Crédit Agricole (CNCA) and prior to that, Head Assistant of the Office of Foreign Investments at the Division of Food Processing Industries at the Ministry of Agriculture (1977-1979).
  
  Hugues de Vauplane is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Paris II-Panthéon.
