Caixa Seguridade has notified CNP Assurances of its decision to not automatically renew, at the deadline, the existing distribution agreement in Brazil for the products of their mutual subsidiary Caixa Seguros via the Caixa Economica Federal network. The agreement will end on 14 February 2021.
CNP Assurances will continue to look out for its interests and rights and those of Caixa Seguros Holding, the subsidiary it shares with Caixa Seguridade.
The current conditions of the distribution agreement will remain unchanged until its dissolution in February 2021.
