The CNP Assurances 2016 Registration Document in French, as filed with the AMF (Autorité des
marchés financiers) on 6 April 2017, is now available for download from the Company’s website,
www.cnp.fr. The document will also be available on the AMF’s website www.amf-france.org.
The 2016 Registration Document comprises:

  • the Annual Financial Report, the report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, on corporate governance and internal control,
  • the report of the Statutory Auditors and information on fees paid to them,
  • the description of the share buyback programme.
